In Santiago de Cuba he witnessed the Polyrhythms of Santeria summon spirits and facilitate divine communication, while in Morocco the ancient Gnawa tradition revealed the power of ritual music to move the soul. These revelations were echoed in the hallowed halls of the Berlin Techno Temples, where he learned the final secrets of the Dancefloor Alchemists and put the finishing touches on a unique sound that could only be the product of such an epic journey.

The Sound Strider journey began at the dawn of the new millennium in the underground clubs of Sydney, where he honed his craft spinning Nu-Skool Breaks vinyl and supporting the likes of London Elektricity and Atomic Hooligan. 

Before long he heard the siren song of The Bush and followed his fellow psychonauts out of the metropolis and into the Realm of Doof. From Earthcore to the Rainbow Serpent he lent his energy and talents to the burgeoning buds of a uniquely Australian Psychedelic Electronica, witnessing the birth of Zenon and contributing to the first inklings of the coming Glitchhop and Psybass revolution.

In 2009, fate called him to the Loire Valley on a quest that would consume the coming decade. Amongst the remains of a failed capitalist utopia, an alliance of swamp spirits and ravers helped him transform an agroindustrial ruin known as La Briche into an artist's sanctuary and residential recording studio. 

It was here he first encountered the dying embers of French Teknivalia, those acolytes of the Spiral Tribe. They showed him the turntable tricks of the Heretiks and Epileptiks and the Genii of the Korg Electribe.

Thus began his double life recording Indie Rockers and Pop Princesses by day, unleashing twisted sonic experiments at Pirate Raves and Psychedelic Gatherings by night.
